Academic Growth-approach - tools for betterment &Two Pre Board Exam. Results analysis
(Class X &XII) |
The Principal informed the members that in 2010-C B S Exam.
57 students are appearing in AISSCE (XII) and 76 students in AISSE (X). Their H.Y.Exam (I-Pre- Board) in Dec 2009 &
II- Pre Board Exam. in Jan. 2010 were conducted.
The performance of students in I-Pre Board was disappointing but in II Pre Board (held at Cluster Level) the results are better and hope Boards results will be much better.
He further informed the members that in Feb. the III Pre- Board is scheduled from - 01.02.10 for low achievers.
Five period time table is followed for Board Classes so that students may get sufficient self study time.
For Classes X & XII students/ parents the Open day is scheduled to be held on 02.02.10, so that they may interact with the subject teacher and discuss effective remedial measures required and are to be implemented. The suggestive tools supplied by KVS (RO) Gandhinagar, for bright (high achievers) and low achievers deficiency overcome are undertaken in truth.
Their classes will run up to 20.02.10 and CBSE admit cards will be distributed on 20.02.10.
In other Classes (non Board) – I to IX and XI) the Third term Unit tests are under process and are ending on 30.01.10 & Open Day is on 06.02.10. |
The members discussed every aspect and felt happiness that school administration is putting their best for the upliftment of results in quality and quantity both. |

Running of scope classes |
Sh. R.V.Pandey, principal informed the members that total thirty students from classes VIII, IX, XI are attending SCOPE and the students feedback is encouraging. He forwarded hearty thanks for guidance and support from Honourable Vijay Nehra IAS, Collector & D M Vadodra, The Chairman VMC/VEC.
He also extended hearty thanks to Sh. R.V. Sarvaiya. |

The principal informed the member that Admissions process for the session 2010-2011 will start from 15 Feb. 2010.
Sale of registration forms & the submission of it will be followed by tests (except class I ) and class XI admission will start after declaration of AISSE -2010 results.

Rs.- 194313.00 of unserviceable articles is beyond the powers of VEC, the committee approves/ recommends and forward the proposal - condemnation of Rs.194313.00 (SF) to The Asstt. Commissioner, KVS (AR), Gandhinagar to exercise her powers. |

Infrastructure development & maintenance. |
Sh. Pandey informed that under Head – PLAN, the KVS (HQ), has engaged CPWD for the construction of 10 rooms.
Ist - instalment of Rs. 300000/-received from KVS (HQ) is deposited with CPWD and shortly the work will start. |
All the VMC members expressed their profound gratitude to Sh. Pandey, Principal for the deep concern, determination, efforts for development / growth and to pick up the petals of different flowers to make a bouquet in the form of an institution of academics excellence with clean, eye catching greenery & good infrastructural assets with all desired provisions |

Sh. R.V. Pandey extended thanks to Mrs. P.S. Kelkar, Principal New Era Sr. Sec. School for sparing herself for conducting workshop for teachers to solve their attitude problems and developed into professionals. He requested madam for conduct one more workshop for PRTs on the same topic.
Sh. Pandey informed the committee members that children park playing equipments (sponsored by The Distt. Planning Officer, Baroda) supply last date given to Baroda Texway, Baroda was 25.01.10 but due to certain reasons it is delayed, the supplier has requested to extend the period of supply. |
